WC Deck & Waterproofing did an outstanding job at our condo building from start to finish. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful in executing the complicated process of restoring and waterproofing our twelve balconies and four rooftop patios, (many that were leaking into the condo units below them), and also the rear of building concrete and foundation. The team includes Business Owner, President and Licensed contractor Franklin Castillo, President of Operations Luis Aguirre, Foreman's Esvin Orellanna and Marcos, and Project Manager's Kimberly Paz, Suany Caceres and Massiel AguirreI. They provided courteous, professional and prompt service and would often go the extra mile to meet our HOA's individual needs. Any issues that did come up were handled promptly and professionally. They provided timely communication and updates and were very knowledgeable in handling all the different construction needs of our project. They also worked very clean and the pricing was very good. The balconies and rooftop patios and new concrete and foundation look absolutely beautiful and most importantly, no longer leak into the units below! All did a fantastic job in every aspect and our HOA could not be happier and we highly recommend them!!!

I hired West Coast Deck & Waterproofing after consulting with a total of 4 waterproofing companies. I chose West Coast based on Franklin's proposal and his expertise. He is sincere and always wanting to help. He is also easy to communicate with. When a couple of issues arise, he sent his field manager Steve to investigate the issues the next day. He and his crews took care of our leaky front/back balconies and our front porch in a timely manner. I had a great experience working with West Coast and would recommend it to anyone!

I got a wide range of quotes and finally over 18 months or so was able to afford my steps and landing for my house to be waterproofed. I used these guys as they had the best quote. I had to make two adjustments to the work which increased the quote but I'm Verry happy for the upgrades and I'm loving the work they did. The two workmen were VERY nice and clean and responsible and friendly and always on time. Highly recommend. Really loving my new steps and landing.

Do not use these guys. They don’t know what they are doing. We hired WCD to completely redo our deck. They seemed professional and we initially thought they did a good job. Then the rain came and we noticed lots of pooling. They were supposed to reslope our deck as needed, but they didn’t do any resloping. They honored their warranty and re-sloped the problem areas at the same price as in our contract. We told WCD that they should remove our AC unit to make sure it was done correctly. They promised that they did not need to remove the AC and even specified that in the contract. Well, now there is new pooling behind our AC. These guys didn’t do it right the first or second time. Now we are stuck with them since they have warranted our deck for ten years. So let’s hope they can do it a third time. Don’t make the mistake I did. Go elsewhere.
