First met Sam, project manager. Super nice guy, professional, very thorough. Did a very thorough inspection of what needed to be done, and set things up right away. Whenever I needed to contact him he would respond right away, thoughtful and caring. I can only say the absolute best about Sam. I could tell right from the start with his preparation that he cares about what he is doing and has very good attention to detail. Always on time, works very cleanly and efficiently. I was very reassured with the quality of his work from start to finish. He had a helper with him, I apologize, not sure of his name, he was also very good, they worked quietly and efficiently together. I will definitely recommend Servpro Northeast Long Beach...
