I contacted Hydro Hero due to the excessive rain we hd earlier this year. It clearly had done water damaged walls in several rooms in our house. We also wanted to discuss possible mold concerns after contacting several other companies in the area and no answer and no call back. Hydro was very responsive, with great customer service. They sent Morgan out for an inspection on the same day, he was very friendly and informative during the inspection. We requested mold testing of the affected areas. I think within 48 hours we got the results and came up with a remediation plan. The quote was honest and fair based on our feedback from the insurance provider. The work was completed in one day. The blowers were left for maybe 2, or 3 days. The crew was very professional and complete pros from start to end. Glad I found these guys. Thank you guys. I’d recommend them to my friends and family.

Hydro Hero provides the most amazing water damage restoration service! We had copious flooding that was began to wreak havoc on our heating unit. We contacted Hydro Hero and they took charge immediately. They came in every day and dried out the water and monitored it until it was completely dry. They also checked in at the end of each day just to make sure things were going well. I would recommend to anyone with who has flooding issues or needs mold elimination service.
